These terms explain use of the AIstat marketing website at getaistat.com and its hosted preview. The website introduces the AIstat ownership approach and provides informational examples. Visiting the site, preparing an email or requesting a call does not create a client engagement, purchase a service or reserve an appointment.

Services, pricing and separate agreements
Any paid engagement requires a separate written agreement identifying the provider, scope, fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms and responsibilities. The website does not accept payment. Published service descriptions help explain the offering; the signed agreement establishes the services you purchase.
Onboarding and annual membership are separate charges. Contractor services are optional, à la carte additions at the disclosed cost plus 20% if selected. Financing coordination is shown as an illustrative optional add-on provided by a third-party mortgage broker licensed in your state. The relevant provider's written agreement governs its services and charges. Approval, rates and lending terms are determined by the lender.
The property owner retains operating decisions, approvals and administrative coordination. An inquiry does not establish that a particular property, location or financing structure is eligible.
Examples and professional advice
Tax-savings figures, financing illustrations and sample documents are examples based on stated assumptions. They are not predictions of your results. Property income, costs, value, lending terms and tax treatment can differ. Read the assumptions and limits alongside each example.
The guest-message interaction is a preset demonstration, not a bot connected to a property or a reservation. Sample assessments, operating reviews and binder pages illustrate document structure and are not completed client work or legal contracts.

You may view the site and use its downloadable examples to evaluate AIstat. Do not misrepresent an illustrative document as a verified assessment or an executed agreement. Third-party material, including credited photography, remains subject to its owners' rights.
Do not use the website to impersonate others, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation. Use accurate contact information when asking for a call.
The fit-call tool prepares an email draft. You must send it through your email service. An appointment is confirmed only after a time is agreed. For information about browsing and inquiry data, see the Privacy Policy.
External services and links have their own terms and availability. Pages and service descriptions may be updated; an existing signed engagement is not amended simply by changing this website. These website terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
