This notice describes the current AIstat marketing website at getaistat.com and its hosted preview. It covers browsing, the fit-call email-request tool and messages you choose to send to AIstat. It does not describe a client property-management account or a live guest-messaging service; those services require their own applicable arrangements.

Information and purpose
The fit-call tool asks for your name and email address. Your investment stage, preferred region, availability and questions help frame a conversation; several fields are optional. The website prepares a draft in your browser. It does not submit that form to an AIstat database, send it automatically or reserve an appointment.
If you open your email app, the draft is handed to that app. AIstat receives the message only when you send it. A sent message includes the content you choose to provide and ordinary email information such as sender, recipient and time sent. AIstat uses inquiries to respond, arrange a conversation and discuss requested services. Please do not include account numbers, tax returns, identification documents or other sensitive records in an initial inquiry.
The website code does not save form entries in cookies or persistent browser storage. Your browser or email app may retain autofill information or drafts according to its settings. The guest-message demonstration uses preset examples; it does not accept or process real guest messages.
Hosting, fonts and other providers
The site uses Wix hosting and requests its typeface from Google Fonts. Loading a page or font requires a connection to those providers, which can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requested resource. Hosting and delivery services may process access and security logs under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
The website uses optional Google Analytics as described below. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals in the website tag. Provider-level processing is separate from this website code. Read the Wix Privacy Policy and Google Fonts privacy information.
Email is handled by the sender's and recipient's email providers. External sites linked from this website have their own policies. Opening an external link takes you to that provider; this site currently has no embedded booking calendar or payment processor.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Accept analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, page use, engagement and interest in our services. We measure page views and clicks on fit-call links, email links and sample documents. An email click is not proof that an inquiry was sent or that a call was booked.
The analytics tag stays off until you accept. Accepting allows Google to process technical and usage information, including browser and device information, page use, referral information and an online identifier stored in analytics cookies. We do not intentionally send form answers, names, email addresses, message contents or email drafts to Google Analytics. Page addresses are sent without query strings or fragments.
You can decline and use the website normally. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Your preference is saved on this browser for up to 180 days; changing browsers or clearing storage may cause us to ask again. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics tracking through our tag and clears its accessible analytics cookies; it does not delete information already processed.
Google processes analytics information under its applicable terms and policies. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Contact AIstat using the details below with a privacy request.
Your choices and requests
You may browse without completing the form, leave optional fields blank, or contact AIstat directly. Before sending a draft, review and edit it in your email app. If you click Copy request, the draft is copied to your clipboard.
You can contact AIstat to request access to, correction of or deletion of inquiry information you have sent. The response will depend on applicable law, identity verification and any legitimate recordkeeping requirements. Browser or email copies under your control must be managed in those services. Do not send identity documents with an initial privacy request.
This marketing website is intended for adults considering property ownership. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact AIstat so the matter can be reviewed.
Updates to this notice will appear here with a revised date. If the website adds a booking service, payments or client accounts, the notice should be reviewed for those changes.
