Provided by a third-party mortgage broker licensed in your state.
A focused package to organize your underwriting model, lender file, term-sheet comparison, debt records and covenant calendar.
Discuss financingA mortgage plus a line of credit against an eligible investment portfolio may fund the purchase price. The down payment is borrowed, rather than waived.
Your licensed third-party broker coordinates lender applications and explores available rates and terms. The lender decides approval, rates and terms.
Closing and launch costs, reserves and ongoing cash requirements still apply. Portfolio credit can be variable-rate and callable; a collateral call may require repayment or the sale of investments. No preferential rate or approval is guaranteed.
